Pictures before church :)
Lexie was in the children's production of the Christmas story at church and definitely sang loud and clear for all to hear! Ellie thought it was fun to use glow sticks instead of candles during the service.
After church we came home and had our traditional pizza for dinner and watched classic Christmas cartoons (like Rudolph and 'Twas the Night Before Christmas) before heading outside to sprinkle reindeer food in the grass.

The kids each get to open one present before they go to bed-- and it's almost always a book so that they have something new to read if they just can't sleep.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, in hopes that St Nicholas soon would be there.
The children were nestled all snug in their beds while visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads.
