call from jacob

Jacob was able to call again this afternoon.  They had a 4 hour on-post pass as a reward and were reissued their phones.  We were able to chat in between his required haircut (every two weeks!) and his snack of a Milky Way and Starbucks Frappuccino.

He said it finally warmed up and was around 50 today.  I don't think he's a big fan of the ice storms!  Today was a pretty relaxing day for him.  In addition to the 4 hour pass, he also gets to watch the SuperBowl and have pizza!
