ice cream for lunch
After checking out of our hotel, we made our way to HOLLYWOOD and had ice cream for lunch at the Disney Studio Store/Ghirardelli Soda Fountain.

We finished up our ice cream, did some pin shopping, and then headed out to the streets of Hollywood.

el capitan
We walked around Hollywood Blvd for awhile and then headed to the El Capitan Theatre to see "Finding Dory"!!  It was our first time there (and Ellie's first movie!) and we were all impressed-- it's so fancy!!  The kids loved the organ music-- and we love that we now know where "the guy with the red shoes" from Organ Stop (oh, 20 years ago...) is now playing!

el capitan fun!
Movie excitement!!

bubble time
There was a really cool bubble show before the movie.

kissing bubbles
Ben and Lexie were picked to go up on stage and participate in the show and they each got to kiss a bubble...

in a bubble!
And then be INSIDE a bubble....

rainbow bubble
And then be in a rainbow bubble together!!  Such fun!!

After the movie, we headed outside to Grauman's (now TCL) Chinese Theatre to see the famous hand and footprints.

Goodbye Hollywood!
After a fun week with Grandma and Grandpa, they drove home to Arizona and we went to Jacob's grandparents' house for even more family fun in California!
